Description
The flowers have many different forms, from open daisies to multi-petalled pompoms, large and small. They come in lots of colours and shades, from pink, purple and red, to orange, yellow
They can be grown as border and container plants. They can also be mass planted in flower gardens.
When chrysanthemums reach about 20cm in height, pinch out the growing point to encourage side shoots to form. This will result in more flowers.
When the plant is done flowering, prune off the spent blooms.
